材料與方法
Tumour samples were prepared by cutting endometrial PDX tumour chunks into small pieces ofaround 1 X 2 X 2 mm. Then, 2 weeks after PDX implantation, the mice were randomly assignedinto two treatment groups: anti-PD-L1 antibody and human lgG1 isotype control (Syd Labs,PA007125) (4 mg per kg body weight in 100 l PBS intraperitoneally, twice a week). After 3 weeksof treatment, the mice were euthanized 1 week later, and the tumours were surgically dissected.
